We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry. This means that if your bracelets break or get damaged for any reason, we'll send them back to you free of charge!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your jewels are defective, a new package will be send to you totally free of charge and you'll be able to keep your original order!


Exchanges

Size is wrong ? You don't like the colors ? or any other reasons. We got you!

Simply contact our customer service at info@samosjewelry.com to start the exchange procedure.

If the size does not suit you (whether it is too small or too large), we will resend the product(s) in question free of charge, with only the shipping fees being your responsibility. Please be advised that a size-related issue alone shall not be considered sufficient grounds to request a refund.

The color of the bracelets is identical to the images displayed on our website and as seen in user reviews. We would be pleased to arrange an exchange if the actual shade does not meet your expectations.

 

Refunds

Refund requests must be supported by appropriate justification. Contact us at info@samosjewelry.com to start a refund procedure. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days after receiving the products in our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
