Improve your website and wording for any item. I had to pretty much purchase this bc I had no choice…the previous item had NO selection for sizing so I figured it was one size fits all, received it and sure enough didn’t fit. Then inquired about returns and was told with a firm no, they wouldn’t take back due to “sizing”.

Love the look and quality of this bracelet. It feels well-made and looks great on the wrist. The only feedback I have is that the clasp can be a bit tricky to line up and fasten with one hand. Other than that, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

I had the old leather version from a different company that only lasted 3 months!! Yours is so much stronger and easier to take off and put back on.

The courier tracker said it had been delivered but it hasn't been delivered to me. About 4 days later a random person drops it into your letter box, obviously delivered to wrong address.

Since it arrived, I’ve tried to exchange for a diffuse but a horrible experience with your customer service. I tossed the bracelet and will post the experience I’ve had with you guys. Basically lost $50!

The service in fairness has been excellent.
Initial bracelet came was too small and the clasp was very weak popping off constantly.
Replacement arrived (very quickly) the fitting is far better but yet again the clasp is so weak, slightest touch to it EG putting hand in and out of pocket and it comes loose falling to the ground. The magnets are so weak. So overall on terms of the product very disappointed an at £30+ it’s not cheap for what it is.

Unfortunately, the bracelet has already been lost as the catch seems to have come loose when a glove was being removed. A shame as it seemed to be a nice product but the catch / lock doesn’t seem to work as well as hoped.

I’m not too terribly impressed with this company nor their products. First, the order I placed in early November was never received. I had to wait just shy of a month before they would send a replacement order. I finally received my bracelets 6-7 weeks after the initial order. Then, after only one wear, 2 of the 4 bracelets purchased came apart. On one the silver end piece fell off and could not be placed back. The bracelet is useless without it as it acted as a stopper to keep the rope in place. The other bracelet’s knot came undone rendering that bracelet useless as well. I have rope bracelets I ordered from Amazon for a fraction of the cost and much better quality. I have reached out to see resolution can be offered, but there has been no response just yet.

Looks good, good sizing. The clasp easily rotates without you knowing so a small tug or if you catch it on something will open the clasp and you risk losing it.
